This one’s pretty simple.
Ingredients:
- Spam (duh)
- Rice (cooked)
- Mixed vegetables (for stir fry)
- 1 Egg
- Soy sauce

Here’s the order I put in the ingredients. First, I dice up the SPAM, and lightly stir fry it for 2-3 minutes on med-high heat. Then I throw in the vegetables, which are usually cold, to give them time to cook and absorb some of that residual SPAM juice. If the vegetables are frozen, take some time to defrost them in the microwave.
Next, after stir frying that around for a about 3-5 minutes, I put in my rice since that’s already cooked. I only need to brown the rice a little bit for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Lastly, I’ll mix in 1 egg and just a bit of soy sauce for taste. Pretty simple and uncomplicated, and another way to use your can o’ Spam and celebrate 75 years of Spam goodness!
